How do I know when I have a new assignment?

When a client creates a briefing on the platform and assigns it to you, you will automatically receive an email. We always try to let our clients know as quickly as possible whether the project can be accepted. That’s why we ask that you accept the project within 4 hours. We understand that you might be unexpectedly unavailable to accept a new project. In that case, you can decline the project on the platform by clicking the ‘decline project’ button.
