If you cannot get the platform to load, please try the following steps:
1. Empty your browser cache. You can find this option in the browser history or security settings in your browser. When clearing your cache, please remember to also delete ‘Cookies and site settings’ as well as ‘Cached images and files’.
2. If this does not work, please make a screenshot of the page to send to our support team. You can do this via the ‘Console’ and ‘Network’ options under ‘Developer tools’. Make sure that the page where the problem has occurred is showing on your screen when you make the screenshot. Right click on the background and then click ‘Inspect’. Then click first on ‘Console’ and then on ‘Network’ and make a screen shot of both the codes you see.
