Why do I have to give a score to every project?

The Contentoo platform always finds the best matches between clients and freelancers. After each project, we ask for you to provide a score. This gives us a clearer view of how successful the project was, or if there’s anything we can do to improve the process next time, either for you or for the client. It helps us to raise customer satisfaction and continue to streamline our service. Please remember to always rate your project immediately after the client has accepted it. You cannot invoice for a project until you have rated it.
