I have an urgent assignment. What should I do?

If you have an urgent project, you can post it on the Contentoo platform as well. Your freelancer will receive a notification about the new project. It is safe to assume that the freelancer will accept the project. After the freelancer has accepted the project, you’ll receive the text on the day of the first-draft deadline, at the latest. You don’t have to do anything in the meantime. After you’ve received the first draft, you can review it and give feedback to the freelancer, or, if you don’t have any feedback to give, you can close the project.

In case a freelancer does not accept your project, you don’t have to do anything. Our Customer Success team will assign your project to a freelancer who is available and well qualified for the job. In case it’s not possible to assign your project to an available freelancer, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
